Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, and Interac e-Transfer. Card payments are processed automatically. E-Transfer instructions are emailed after you order, and your order is only processed once the E-Transfer is received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

For shipped orders, you can change or cancel before a tracking number is issued — once it's generated, changes aren't possible. For same-day GTHA delivery, cancellations can't be made once you've received the first text confirming pickup by the courier. Contact contact@beyondsmoke.com for help.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax) in Ontario and Quebec, and over $100 in other provinces. Below the free-shipping threshold, a $15 flat rate applies in all provinces. Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut are a $20 flat rate. Express shipping is $19.99 at checkout.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. We ship via Canada Post, Purolator Express, and Flashbird.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — same-day home delivery is available in select GTA/GTHA and Kitchener-Waterloo cities. Order before 12:00 PM (Sunday to Friday) for delivery between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. It's free on orders over $50 before tax; an $8 + tax fee applies under $50. No deliveries on Saturday.

Do you ship outside Canada?

No. We ship within Canada only. International orders cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

It depends on the courier. Flashbird and Purolator make a second attempt; Canada Post leaves a pickup card for the nearest post office. For same-day GTHA delivery, a missed delivery is rescheduled within 24–48 hours, and a second failed attempt results in the order being returned and refunded minus the delivery cost.

Is my package insured if it's lost or stolen?

All shipments are insured up to $100. If a package is lost or delayed, we open an investigation with the courier and can replace or refund once they confirm the loss. We only replace stolen packages if a signature was requested in your order notes.

Age Verification

Do I need to show ID when my order arrives?

Yes. Every order requires valid government-issued photo ID at delivery to verify age. The courier will not leave the package without a person of legal age to accept it.

What is the legal vaping age?

It varies by province: 19+ in Ontario, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador; 18+ in Manitoba, Alberta, Quebec, the Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and Nunavut; and 21+ in Prince Edward Island.

What if I can't provide ID at delivery?

If proof of age can't be provided, the package is returned to sender, a 95% restocking fee applies, and any re-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Unopened, unused units can be returned within 14 days of purchase or arrival, in original sealed packaging. Pods and disposables can be returned within 24 hours if unopened and unused. Opened or used products are non-refundable.

My device arrived defective — what do I do?

Contact contact@beyondsmoke.com the same day for dead-on-arrival items. Pods and disposables are covered within 24 hours; starter kits, pod systems, tanks, and mods within 30 days. We'll arrange a replacement or exchange and send a return label with your next order.

Which items can't be refunded?

Opened or used items — including pods, disposables, all vape juice, and all hardware — as well as products damaged or altered after delivery. This includes cases where a flavour simply doesn't match your preference, so please review product details before buying.
