14-Day Return Policy for Unopened Units
- Eligibility: returns are accepted for unopened and unused units within 14 days of the purchase date or order arrival.
- Process: to initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day window. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.
- Refund method: refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for the cost of returning the unopened product to us.
24-Hour Return Policy for Pods & Disposables
- Eligibility: pods and disposable products can be returned within 24 hours of purchase or 24 hours after receiving your order.
- Condition: products must be unopened and unused.
- Process: contact us within 24 hours to initiate the return. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Non-refundable: products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

If your item is dead on arrival (DOA), contact us within 24 hours — that same day — at contact@beyondsmoke.com to arrange a return on your next order.
Manufacturing defects on disposables or pods are typically noticed within the first 24 hours. Let us know what happened and we will include a return label with your next order to arrange an exchange of the defective item. Our customer support team will reach out with full return instructions.
30-Day Policy for Defective Starter Kits, Pod Systems, Tanks & Mods
If your starter kit, pod system, vape tank, or vape mod is defective within 30 days of purchase, contact us to arrange a return on your next order.
If the item is dead on arrival (DOA), contact us that same day at contact@beyondsmoke.com and we will issue a full product replacement, shipped with a return label for the defective product and its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used items, including pods, disposables, all vape juice, and all hardware.
- Products that are damaged or altered after delivery.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for vape hardware, accessories, replacement pods, replacement coils, vape pods, disposables, or e-liquids once the product is opened and used — including cases where the taste of a pod, disposable, or e-liquid does not meet your preference.
