Orders paid by credit or debit card are processed automatically on our website. If you choose E-Transfer, instructions are emailed to you after the order is placed, and your order will not be processed until your E-Transfer is received.

All products sold at Beyond Smoke require proof of age upon delivery. The legal vaping age across Canada is:

• 19 and over: Ontario, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador.
• 18 and over: Manitoba, Alberta, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Nunavut.
• 21 and over: Prince Edward Island.

The purchaser must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery for age verification. This ensures we comply with legal requirements across Canada. Failure to provide proof of age will result in the package being returned to sender, a 95% restocking fee, and any re-shipping fees being the customer's responsibility.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details are refunded once returned to us, minus the shipping cost, with no restocking fee.

In case of delayed or undelivered shipments, please use your tracking number to follow up with the shipping courier. We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, and Flashbird — track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier, and the courier will contact you by email. Once the investigation is complete, we can issue a full order replacement or refund. We cannot replace or refund the order until the courier confirms by email that the package is lost in transit.

All shipments are insured for up to $100. Beyond Smoke is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft after the package leaves our facility. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can help file a claim with the courier. We will not replace a stolen package unless a signature was requested in your order notes. If signature is not requested by the customer, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered by the courier.

Certain shipping zones are excluded due to legal restrictions or other limitations. We do not ship internationally — orders outside Canada cannot be fulfilled.

Beyond Smoke offers same-day delivery to select cities within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTA / GTHA) and the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Orders placed before 12:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, are delivered between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. This service is free on orders over $50 before tax. At checkout, simply choose the “Same-Day Home Delivery GTHA” option.

Timing & scheduling

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday) are delivered the next day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday are delivered the following Sunday.
• No deliveries on Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday are delivered the following Sunday.
• Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day.

What to expect

• Add any special delivery instructions in the order notes at checkout.
• Provide a valid phone number — required for the driver to contact you, with text notifications.
• You will receive a confirmation text when your order is being processed.
• After 2:00 PM, a second text provides a live tracking link.
• Missed delivery: rescheduled within 24–48 hours. A second failed attempt results in the package being returned to sender, and the order is refunded minus the delivery cost.
• Proof of age is required for all orders and must be provided at delivery; the customer must be present. A 95% restocking fee plus delivery cost applies for failed age verification.

GTHA delivery fees

• Free same-day home delivery on all orders over $50 (before tax) in the GTHA.
• An $8 + tax delivery fee applies to orders under $50 (before tax).
• Age verification is required for all same-day deliveries in the GTHA.

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

We ship through Canada Post, Flashbird, and Purolator Express. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays. We always do our best to ship with the fastest courier and choose the option best for you.

All packages sent to Canadian residents must undergo age verification before the courier delivers them. The person receiving the package must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. The courier will not leave the package without a person of legal age to accept it.

Missed first delivery attempt

• Flashbird: a second delivery attempt is made and can be rescheduled for the following day using the Flashbird tracking link. Flashbird will not attempt delivery more than twice per order.
• Canada Post: a delivery notice / pickup card is left in your mailbox or community mailbox. The package is delivered to the nearest post office for pickup.
• Purolator: a second delivery attempt is made. If unsuccessful, the package is delivered to the nearest pickup location based on your delivery address.

• Ontario: free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).
• Quebec: free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).
• Other Canadian provinces: free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax).
• Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut: $20 flat-rate shipping fee.
• Under the free-shipping threshold: a $15 flat-rate shipping fee applies in all provinces.
• Express shipping: $19.99, selectable at checkout.

Shipping orders: you may change or cancel your order before a tracking number is issued. Once a tracking number is generated, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Same-day delivery orders: for same-day GTHA delivery, cancellations cannot be made once you have received the first text message confirming pickup by the courier.
